Basic Yoga for EveryBODY

 Come together and create a space to explore and experience Yoga's many benefits for increased grace, strength and health. Instructors from White Lotus Yoga Studio will lead a one-hour Basic Yoga Class guiding you through simple breathing technique and teaching you to explore Basic Yoga postures adopted to the needs of your body.  We will have some fun as we learn to safely challenge and take care of ourselves and find a little peace of mind as we relax at the end. EveryBODY is Welcome and no prior Yoga experience is required! Participants may bring their own yoga mats or Yoga mats will be made available.
