Yoga at the Library

 Join us for an introduction to yoga. A yoga instructor will teach breathing exercises and yoga poses. Wear loose fitting clothes that allow you to move freely. Bring a yoga mat if you like, but it is not required. Ages 13 and up. All abilities and levels of yoga experience (or lack thereof) are welcome!
