Description:
 This class covers practical strategies for making health-promoting meals using whole plant-based foods. Participants will learn about restocking the pantry and the fridge/freezer, meal preparation, and batch cooking. Certified Nutrition Specialist candidate Kelly Michiya will also be providing information on various plant-based recipes to help students adopt a healthy lifestyle, and some plant-based food samples will be available to taste! Teens and adults are welcome to register.
