Event Type: Adult Programs
Age Group(s): Adults
Date: 3/21/2019
Start Time: 7:00 PM
End Time: 8:30 PM
Description:
To tie in with the popularity of "Hamilton: The Musical" at the Fisher Theatre, you are invited to spend an evening with Jeremy McCarter, co-author (with Lin-Manuel Miranda) of the NYT best-selling book “Hamilton: The Revolution”. Their book gives readers an unprecedented view of both revolutions, from the only two writers able to provide it. Miranda and McCarter, a cultural critic and theater artist who was involved in the project from its earliest stages, trace its development from an improbable performance at the White House to its landmark opening night on Broadway six years later.
